BURAU – Pauline Lucylle Burau of the Ethany Care Centre in Calgary died at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary on April 9, 1988 at the age of 87 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Lester in 1929, and a daughter Melba Louise Marquess in 1919.
Surviving are one son and daughter-in law, Lloyd and Mona Marquess, of Guy Mills, Pennsylvania; three daughters and sons-in-law, Christine and Delbert Fisher, of Spokane, Washington, Eunice and Marius Pedersen, of Rimbey, Alberta, and Lester and Abe Rempel, of Coronation, Alberta. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; two brothers, Jehu Royer of Bassano, Alberta and Winter and his wife Marie Royer, of Lethbridge; and two sisters, Janette Burrows of Black Diamond, Alberta, and Kathryn Newlun of Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Funeral service will be held at the First Evangelical Free Church, 732-55 Ave. S.W., in Calgary on Wednesday, April 13 (Joday) at 1 p.m. with Pastor Doug Pippus officiating. Graveside service and interment will take place at the Brooks Cemetery at 6:30 p.m.
