DICKINSON – Trevor James Dickinson of Rolling Hills, Alberta died accidentally on September 28, 1985 at the age of 18 years.
He was born in Brooks, Alberta on April 24, 1967 and attended the East Rolling Hills School and completed grade 12 at Brooks Composite High.
He was employed at the Amulung-Dewalt Farms for the past 16 months.
He was fond of music and particularly enjoyed making tapes on his stereo and enjoyed the company of children and adults alike.
Surviving are his parents, Ted and Irene Dickinson of Rolling Hills; three brothers, Barry and his wife Shirley of Vulcan, David and his wife Aggie of Redcliff and Ian and his wife Debbie of Brooks, and one sister, Vivienne and her husband Vern Pancoast
of Bowell and numerous nieces. nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by a brother, Stanley (Duffie) in 1954 and both his naternal and paternal grandparents.
Funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 1 at 2 p.m. in the Rolling Hills Community Centre with the Reverend Jim Hamilton officiating. Interment followed in the Rolling Hills Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers were Clarence Amulung, Dave Worsfold. Reuben Dewalt, Ed Tobler. Darryl Hanke and John Unser Jr. Active pallbearers were Ricky Schuett, Tracy Harrison, Lance Unser, Brian Tobler, Bill Dickinson Jr. and Raymond Carratt.
