DOBLE – Adeline Katherine Doble died in the Brooks Health Centre on April 13, 1992 at the age of 64 years.
She was born at Vidora, Saskatchewan and moved to Tilley and later to Rolling Hills.
She married on April 5, 1946 and resided in Rainier, Scandia and Brooks.
She was very active in sports in her younger years and had been a member of the EID Legion, Brooks.
She was predeceased by her husband, Ernie on October 12, 1985.
Surviving are seven children, George (Susan) of Woking, Alberta, Colleen (Bert) Lasante of Brooks, Barry (Shirley) of Enchant, Terry (Beth) of Spirit River, Alberta, Kevin (Niana) of Brooks, Darcy (Karen) of Lacombe and Sharla (Bill) Mertin of Lacombe; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Oscar (Erna) Schneider of Medicine Hat and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 15 at 2 p.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church with the Reverend Ken Grambo officiating. Interment will follow in the Brooks Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Bob Doble, Randy Doble, Gary Schneider, Bernie Doble, Gordie Doble and Shane Doble.
